At Booking Baaz, we strive to provide seamless celebrity booking, artist management, event management, and entertainment services. Since every booking involves customized planning, artist scheduling, and vendor coordination, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for all parties.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the agreed advance payment.
  • Acceptance of the booking by the artist, celebrity, or service provider.
  • Issuance of a booking confirmation by Booking Baaz.

Until these steps are completed, no booking shall be considered confirmed.

2. Advance Payments

All advance payments made to confirm a booking are generally non-refundable, as they are used to reserve artists, venues, vendors, and event resources.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If a client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the following terms may apply:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Refunds, if any, will be subject to deductions for administrative charges and any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
  • 15–30 days before the event: Partial refunds may be considered after deducting committed costs and applicable cancellation charges.
  • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will generally be provided, as arrangements and commitments are typically finalized.

The exact refund amount, if applicable, will depend on the agreements with the artist, venue, vendors, and other service providers.

4. Cancellation by the Artist or Service Provider

If an artist, celebrity, or service provider becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Booking Baaz will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Arrange a suitable replacement (subject to client approval).
  • Reschedule the booking where feasible.
  • Provide an appropriate refund if no alternative arrangement can be made and the event cannot proceed due to reasons attributable to Booking Baaz.

5. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, Booking Baaz will coordinate with the artist and relevant service providers to reschedule the booking based on availability.

Any additional costs arising from the postponement, including revised artist fees, travel, accommodation, venue, or vendor charges, shall be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Force Majeure

Booking Baaz shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic or epidemic situations
  • Political unrest
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Travel disruptions
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Other unforeseen events beyond our control

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be determined based on recoverable amounts from artists, vendors, venues, and other third parties.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing may take 7–15 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
  • Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, banking fees, or third-party deductions may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted.

8. Non-Refundable Expenses

The following expenses are generally non-refundable once incurred:

  • Artist blocking or reservation fees
  • Talent management fees
  • Venue booking charges
  • Travel bookings
  • Hotel reservations
  • Visa or permit charges
  • Production expenses
  • Vendor payments
  • Government taxes and statutory charges
  • Payment gateway or banking charges

9. Dispute Resolution
